This morning's meditation routine is the same as yesterday. Read the passage several times and think about the words of Scripture, answering the questions below in your journal and or sharing with someone.
Is there a word or phrase that stands out to you?
How does the passage resonate with you or make you feel?
Do you need to respond?
This passage points out that we simply can't get away from God-- He's there no matter how far we run or where we try to hide. Spend some time being honest today with a God who already knows exactly where you are.
Joy's second message encourages students to dream big dreams for their lives. Again referencing the Psalm 139 morning meditation passage and adding in Matthew 7:7-12, she reminds students that God's gift is an abundant life and challenges them to learn to ask for good things.
Go out on a walk or jog and think the thoughts from Joy's message.
What do I want for my life? What are my dreams? What are my goals?
Do I know how to ask for what I want?
Do I know how to talk to God about my hopes and dreams?
